Carnivore Cordon bleu with my Sister Gina
Meat Boy is back today we are making
chicken cordon bleu carnivore style this
is my lovely sister's favorite dish hi
usually we make it together but it's you
know more like her watching me make it
as opposed to her helping me make it and
I can't cook at all so we're gonna race
toward eggs what is true I tried to make
myself breakfast it's my friend two eggs
and also your penny my supposed to cook
yogurt but apparently I didn't know that
well Gina I'll guide you through it
today okay thank you cuz I am stupid as
hell let's show you guys the ingredients
oh and my brother's got a book titled
it's called ancestral and igneous diet
achieving achieving natural native
health in a modern world you read the
book Gina how do you like it it is a
fantastic ice I swear this was
completely her idea I didn't we were
gonna do this at the end but really
completely her idea completely her idea
so before this I stopped I hope foods
real quick and we got all of the
ingredients this is super simple just
some organic chicken they didn't have
chicken breast so I got chicken thighs
you definitely want to go organic to
remove any you know estrogenic herbicide
agrochemical concerns this is gonna be
high omega-6 but you know you could just
balance that later in the week by having
some fish we have a raw cheddar cheese
and this is Neal's Yard Kean form house
cheddar we also have some cheddar on
Frankie's free-range meat and this is
serrano ham we have half a pound here so
all we're gonna do is really you know
combine these three things use a
toothpick to stick them together throw
them in the oven really simple really
approachable I think this is one of my
favorite carnivore dishes for dinner
because usually you know kids don't like
eating steak you want something
approachable for people that you know
aren't I guess red meat lovers so one
percenter oven I'm going to tell you all
about my weight loss again are you know
your weight loss as you know I lost over
how many phones I lose 45 Oh 45 pounds I
don't have washboard abs you could grate
cheese on it oh yeah you know maybe five
10 more pounds to go before that way to
go booting my self-esteem there you go
brink and
sarcasm just you know ladies he's single
oh we're gonna do you just cut it into
strips that can be paired with the
chicken so we have 16 chicken breasts so
I'm gonna do 16 pieces of cheese as you
see my brother is a very excellent chef
you watched his videos and stuff
each of these chicken thighs were $10
the cheese was about 20 the ham was
about 10
so maybe 50 $55 and this is going to be
for her at least ten nights worth of
dinner so pretty cheap and affordable
depending on how much you eat you can
also have a breakfast too if you want
since we're cooking this I bought the
cheaper ham this is Spanish serrano ham
you could do prosciutto you could do
bacon whatever you like you definitely
want something salted and cured with a
lot of flavor the loggers Pam so that is
not what the ham is for today so all you
need to do is we're gonna take the
cheese we're gonna wrap it in the ham
and then we're gonna take our chicken
thigh I mean you could like butterfly
the thigh cut it open a little bit more
but you know what's the point in doing
so much extra work so we just take the
cheese wrapped in ham wrap the chicken
thigh around it
we'll take a toothpick and we'll go
through the middle I usually do two
toothpicks just to make sure it stays
together and you know by all means guys
that you know if you're doing this for a
party you can make it a little bit nicer
but uh you know nothing special maybe
put some rope some butter on it put some
herbs on it you know is this your
favorite dinner that I've made for you
this is my favorite damn it my brother
had a Frank has made for me although I
loved every meal that he's made me hey
what do you think of vegan Gina ah
don't you mean I think they like you
call the animals I mean I think people
who are vegans are wonderful nice people
unlike my brother his opinions I don't
really I believe that everyone is
beautiful in your own special way Oh
Gina you say that both the vegans are
the people that are making fun of you
the other day there might have some
vegan people are mean people are mean
they tend to make fun of me because
they're just jealous how fabulous you
are
politician I know I sure I'm for
president right and this is how it
usually goes you know she she fools
around while I make the food and then
she eats it later
I tell a couple of jokes at my brother's
expense just see no ladies he's not
where it got ladies and gentlemen he's
not wearing the makeup he's naturally
that good-looking any ladies hit on you

I guess I should call you start calling
you mister ear and mr. international now
ya know okay Mina you know some people
have said that I'm taking advantage of
you by having you in my videos is that
sugar have you been begging me to be
I've been begging to be in his videos
cuz I love my brother very much and I
would do anything for him
so though I think it's because you want
to be an actress that is true and those
of you who are mean to my brother cut it
out
he's a good kind of person and you're
just jealous cuz he's very talented and
you probably don't have a talented bone
in your body
ham tactics my parents always did say I
would I am a ham so what did they ever
say that well jokingly though cuz I eat
lots of ham as well people say that I'm
very funny so yeah I also want to be a
stand-up comedian too but then I don't
have to sit down a lot
there you go actually make out a smile
out of them and it takes a lot to do
that and I'm very thankful and lucky he
makes my dinners for me cuz knowing
knowing my parents dude they'd give me
unhealthy stuff like fried chicken they
still they still give her unhealthy
stuff everyday buckets of fried KFC
chicken which which that stuff is gross
which I've how long you were eating at
your program right because your friends
don't care about what they eat right
nope and they had these uh my friends to
this day I don't understand why any
would want to put all that stuff in
their bodies is just disgusting yeah
used to be like that you know not
everyone is lucky to know what makes you
happy yeah so here we have the 16 cordon
bleu what I'm gonna do now is just salt
the top of it if you really wanted to
you know you could even marinate the
chicken before you do this in like salt
honey time you know coconut aminos you
can make this super duper flavorful and
tasty but but even just like this you
know it's great put a little black
pepper on if you want I don't think it's
needed what about putting the honey on
do you think that would go well I mean
if you marinade the chicken and honey
before it might be okay but maybe
drizzle a little bit on after but it's
not really needed and it's already good
enough I usually set the oven at 350 if
you're not patient if you're in a rush
you know put it on high broil the luxury
we have today is a probe thermometer so
all we have to do is set the oven on 350
put the chicken in take our probe the
monitor stick it in one of the chicken
thighs and we don't really care about
the cheese or the hand because those
products are okay to consume raw we want
this to be in the middle of the chicken
thigh and since they are fairly thin
this shouldn't take too long
so here on the probe thermometer the
internal temperature of the chicken
thigh is 57 degrees I cook my chicken
thighs to 175 so we're going to take
them to 167 and then let them get to
temperature and you could cook chicken a
little bit less if you like to but you
know most people are taking chicken to
like 190 200 degrees really killing it
so this is definitely you know the best
$20 I've spent on Amazon I put the oven
up to broil just to speed things up a
little bit right now we're on a 165
degrees two degrees off 167 so it should
be about another minute
oh no we're good this is why I would use
chicken breasts if you can you know the
thighs rented out a lot of fat here so
here we have one of the smaller chicken
thighs little Miss Piggy already had
dinner so
we're gonna have a smaller one I'll be
happy whatever you give me here's the
bite we have the chicken the ham and the
cheese yummy mmm how many of you guys
grew up eating ham and cheese sandwiches
but but this is what this reminds me of
hmm I think jr. excited you're gonna be
eating this for like two weeks straight
you're gonna turn into chicken cordon
bleu probably I'll be stuffed full of
ham and cheese yourself mm-hmm
this is a simple version of cordon bleu
I'm sure many of you are familiar with
the traditional recipe where they bread
it and they serve it with a sauce
by all means after you wrap the ham and
cheese in chicken you can egg wash it
and use parmigiano-reggiano cheese as
well as pork rinds
you know just throw them in a blender
blitz it up and you'll have a carnivore
keto crust that you can use the problem
with parmigiano-reggiano cheese is you
know it's pretty expensive to use high
quality stuff as a breading and you
don't want to use low quality stuff and
the pork rinds are high omega-6 so if
you do want to bread this you know you
do have to compromise on ingredients to
some degree but that would be closer to
the classic recipe the sauce for Cordon
Bleu really depends if you want to be
strict carnivore or you want to go keto
you know sometimes they put garlic in
there they put Dijon mustard but
normally the animal-based ingredients
for that sauce our butter milk and
parmigiano-reggiano cheese so all you
really do is put some butter in a pan
reduce some milk a little bit mix it
with like half a cup to a cup of
parmesan and you have a really thick
creamy cheese sauce to put on the
chicken you can do both of those things
I think this is super simple quick easy
delicious if you want to jazz it up with
the breading with the sauce you're
looking at a cost investment a time
investment as well as compromising on
ingredient quality in some way you know
not everyone is going to have raw butter
raw milk raw parmigiano-reggiano to make
a cream sauce for Cordon Bleu so thank
