Best Cordon Bleu Chicken Recipe Make 4 Portion Cooking time. Approx 1 hour Chicken 4 Chicken filér 80 grams blue cheese 5 tblsp BBQ rub Rub - Smoke pepper, brown sugar, Curry powder, salt and pepper Sauce 1 small onion 1 garlic chopped 100ml white wine vinegar 1 tblsp thick beef stock/beef cube 1 tsp dragons 1 pinch garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 150ml fresh cream Instructions Make a pocket in the filér. Stuff blue cheese between. Brown it on a frying pan with butter. Save the fat for sauce. Bake in oven 180 degree Celsius 25- 30 mins. Sauce Fry onion and garlic in left over fat from bryned chicken. Add 100ml cooking wine and stock simmer and let it reduced to half. Add all the dried seasoning. Add cream and let simmer until sauce thicken. Serve with baked potatoes. Cheers!
