Please Subscribe, Like and Comment!! Today I will be making Cordon Bleu, a dish of meat wrapped around cheese, then breaded and pan-fried or deep-fried. What you need: - 2 chicken breast -spinach -bread crumbs -flour - 2 eggs -sweet potato -ham -cheese -salt and pepper - mustard and garlic (mixed together) - Rosemary and thyme Cut the chicken breast into thin even pieces (into two). Cover the chicken with cling wrap, using a rolling pin(kitchen roller) make the chicken as thin as possible. Excess chicken can be later be pan-fried or deep-fried as an extra side dish. Chop the spinach into smaller parts. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Mix a little amount of garlic with mustard and layer it on top of the chicken breast. Cut the ham, spinach and cheese and layer it on top of the chicken breast for it to be rolled together and held with a toothpick. Chop 2 sweet potatoes into small round shapes, season and add a bit of oil of choice to bake into the oven, you can also add rosemary which is preferable for an extra delicious taste - bake for 20-25mins. Beat the 2 eggs and cover chicken breast with flour first then egg and then breadcrumbs. Also, do the same with excess chicken. Pan-fry the chicken until it reaches a brown golden colour. AND it's READY!! Plate the CORDON BLEU (chicken) with salad and sweet potatoes and It will taste absolutely amazing. European and North American food with a Sri Lankan spin.
